For the low, low price of 3 million dollars (probably), you get not one, but TWO fucking chinook helicopters!

You know, that rear ramp makes these just like an upside down hatchback... maybe it's just the wine

All I need is one turboshaft mill and a Geo Metro.

That's it.

Faster than an Apache or Cobra

There is an item under the header Go Green: Re-use is Recycling! and it tells you an estimate of how much is saved for example

I was all ready to call BS on that. But it looks like you're right. That's surprising. Although it looks like the AH-1Z is faster. But that's a Viper, not a Cobra.

Oh hell yes.

It's physics. A helicopter with two main rotors will always be faster than one with a single main rotor because of dissymmetry of lift. The video starts to explain it around 2:50 if my jump doesn't work.

I'll give this a look after my third cup of coffee. Thanks.

He did a multi part series on helicopter physics. IMO they are all worth watching.

Who needs a party bus? We could build a party chinook!

That was good. I've seen other videos SED has done, and they are all good. I'm not smart enough to know if he's wrong about anything, but it certainly makes sense. I'm going to go back and watch that one from the beginning. Thanks again.

I've watched that one a few times and watched the whole helicopter series. I've never noticed any errors. He does his homework since he genuinely does these videos to teach people things and won't hesitate to bring in a subject matter expert if he has a chance.
